4 Ways to Pay

1. Automatic Bank Draft
Automatic payment (bank draft) takes the worry out of paying bills.

This free service is easy to sign up for, simply complete an application and return it with a voided check. Once you're signed up we do the rest. We will draft your bank account for the amount due on your bill each month on the due date. By using this service you avoid paying late fees, maintain good standing payment history and it can be cancelled at any time.

2. In Person
Payments can be made in person at the customer service office located at 5078 Pope John Paul II Blvd, Suite 202. We accept checks, money orders and credit cards. Services offered Monday through Friday 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. We also have a drop box located just outside the entrance for you convenience.

3. By Phone
Payments can be made over the phone using a credit card by calling
239.348.0248 Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Please note: Your credit card will be charged a non-refundable 3.25% convenience fee for this service.


4. Online
What are the benefits of online payment? Your online account is available 24/7, giving you access at your convenience. This service allows you to view the following information:

  • Payment history — View your account's payment history, including pending payments.
  • Customer account information — View account information, account status and balance, last bill sent, and last payment received.
  • Consumption summary information -— Display your account's consumption summary information, including last reading.
  • Payment online –— make your bill payment online using a credit card. Please note: Your credit card will be charged a non-refundable 3.25% convenience fee for payments made online.
