Charges for Water Used
Charges for residential water service include a monthly charge based on the above-listed meter sizes, plus the following stepped rates:

Sewer charges are based on the water consumption of the potable meter. Cost estimates may be requested via a fax to customer service at
239.348.3740, at no cost to the customer. The water meter size must be included in the faxed cost estimate request, along with customer's service address and contact information.

Charges for Wastewater
Charges for residential wastewater treatment (sewer) service include a monthly charge based on the above-listed meter sizes, plus $3.22 per 1,000 gallons of water used.

General Sites
Water service to general sites is billed at a monthly base fee plus the rate of $2.05 per 1,000 gallons.

Terms and Definitions
Base Charge
The minimum amount the company may charge its customers and is separate from the amount the company bills its customers for water consumption.
Rates
Charges for monthly services, including a base charge and usage charges calculated based upon the number of gallons of water used. Subject to approval by the Ave Maria Utility Company and the Collier County Water and Wastewater Authority, these and other charges for various services may change from time to time.
Service
Includes, in addition to all water service required by the customer, the readiness and ability on the part of the company to furnish water service to the customer.
