Ave Maria Utility Company honored by Design-Build Institute of AmericaAve Maria Utility Company’s water treatment plant and water reclamation facility, together with its design-build firm CH2M HILL, has received top regional and national awards from the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA). "We appreciate this important industry recognition of a major component of Ave Maria's infrastructure," comments David Genson, PE, project manager for Ave Maria Utility Company LLLP for the Barron Collier Companies. "It is particularly significant given the fast-track schedule of this project." Ave Maria Utility Company was named DBIA's "Project of the Year" in the New York Tri-State Region, and a National Merit Award winner in the category of water and wastewater projects over $15 million.
